Do you love buffalo sauce? We do! And, it’s not only for chicken wings anymore! The perfect buffalo sauce is great tossed with shrimp and even cauliflower! Here’s my easy recipe!
What you’ll need:
2/3 cups hot sauce (I use Frank’s)
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (or more if you like it more spicier)
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1.5 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
1/4 teaspoon worcestershire
salt and pepper to taste
Get it done:
Mix all ingredients in a medium sauce pot, whisk on medium-high heat until the butter is melted and it is all incorporated and heated through. Take off the heat as it will get a little thicker as it slightly cools. Toss the amount desired…it doesn’t take much (or serve it alongside) with your wings, shrimp, cauliflower or anything else you think would go deliciously with buffalo sauce!
